Our process:

  • A role on a team needs to be filled.  A list of job candidates with the required core, technical skills is generated.

  • Our analysis of free-form text using innovative NLP (natural language processing) techniques produces a soft, behavioral profile of each candidate.

  • We measure an array of qualities including emotional intelligence, perseverance, tenacity, tolerance of ambiguity, and others.

  • These soft, behavioral profiles are then concatenated with the respective data sets of soft qualities, yielding for each job candidate an MDP or Multi-Dimensional Profile.

  • Our ML (machine learning) recommender algorithms will then analyze each prospective hire's MDP relative to the MDPs of the existing members of the team for which he or she is being hired.

  • The output will be an addition to a team who is calibrated to working well with the other people to yield a productive, high-performing team.
